A bit buggy and it crashes a bit but looks like they are trying to improve it. Poor mans Salesforce.

The swipes to process email are great. And I love being able to access Google Drive and Salesforce Files right inside the app.

This app helps to simplify my life as an outside sales person. Great app.

While this app lacks a couple of minor pieces of inbox functionality that weve come to expect, the productivity gains are phenomenal. What Ive found the more I use IQ is that the minor nuances that differentiate email tools become irrelevant. Even setting aside the tight-knit integration with Salesforce, the scheduling, hot key phrases, and meeting finder features are awesome and native to the application. So whether Im using the desktop extension for gmail or the mobile app, Im able to work much more efficiently.

This works well. And they improve it all the time.

The feature I love the most is the scheduling of appointments. Lets me send my availability and lets the customer pick a time then automatically send correct meeting request. Saves a lot of time. My only complaint, I wish it let me filter out dead oppties for logging. I can do this with search, but it would be nice to filter out opps I will never log to.

Im on the road all the time and this app combined with SF Mobile1 allow me to do just about anything I can do on my computer. Dont tell my boss, but I dont need my laptop any longer… I cant wait for the next update.

Takes Email management to a new level!

Great app for salespeople on the go. The UI is fresh and intuitive. I like being able to dictate an email, hit send, then have the app automatically suggest matching & attaching to multiple recipients, leads, opportunities and accounts. Dead simple, huge time saver.

Love it. So easy to use and never crashes

Love how I can easily log my email to a Salesforce record. Then I can just access it in Salesforce when I am back on the desktop. The intuitive UI also makes it easy to use.

Easy to use. Analyze your email activity and make recommendations. Has a great meeting sync capability for scheduling meetings, another great feature is writing email/invite now and send it later at the scheduled time. Would recommend this app for all Salesforce user.

I have been using IQ Inbox for the past couple months and absolutely love it. Makes it so easy to get my email interactions into Salesforce, and I especially love the scheduling tool. Would recommend for any Salesforce user who spends a lot of time on the go!

As an admin of a 150 user org I am constantly on the lookout for apps and solutions to help my users do work faster. SalesforceIQ inbox for iPhone has helped tremendously. Users that have been negligent to adopt Salesforce in the past are finally using it, because they find SalesforceIQ easy to use for adding new records and updating existing and outdated records.

Ive been waiting year for software to actually become intuitive.....2016 mark your history books it actually happened with SalesforceIQ
