Loved the app and the functionality. Finally a mobile app that is simple, clean and works really well.
This is a great app. Just ask that you continue to focus on adding more features and improvements. One suggestion is being able to customize the swipe actions. For me, I want swipe left to "mark as unread".

Finally have an email app on my phone that actually saves me time. I especially love the features when composing emails. Replacing as my new primary email app!!

This app should mimic EVERYTHING thats in the online version. You shouldnt have to have two different apps to view leads, contacts and etc. I dont want to have two different versions. Just this without Salesforce. When clicking on contacts should be able to see ALL contacts without searching for a particular name.
I use SalesforceIQ via the web, the Chrome/Gmail plug-in and the iPhone app. They all work great and the iPhone app has quickly become my most used app for productivity and getting things done. I wish the web app had better email functionality (like an inbox). Overall, its a great app!
They have a bunch of issues to work out. Not consistent and has issues which impact your business. Support is not that great either. Have not been impressed, but it does have promise...
Ive used Salesforce heavily for 4 years, and recently joined a new company leveraging Salesforce IQ. Im blown away at how efficient it makes me on my phone. Email and Salesforce blended into an easy to use mobile app. Highly recommend, especially to CRM beginners.
Updated to the latest version and app crashes every time when opening it. Before update app worked well.
The app, while limited, works fairly well. You cannot do reporting through the app. In fact, the reports section of my web version is not accurately displaying metrics either (I have tested in numerous ways). Their tutorial video on Reports is over a year old (from before Salesforce bought them, when they were still RelateIQ). I attended a training session, but my question was not addressed. They refuse to provide any phone support, and theyre unable to resolve my issue via email. Left with no choice but to search for a new CRM.
Email is usually nothing more than a poorly formatted set of actions and SalesforceIQ takes the process driven features of Salesforce and seamlessly marries them to your inboxed.
Plain and simple, this is the single most handy apps on my phone for work. I can see when customers open my emails, how many times and when the do so! It feels like using cheat codes. Great app.
Love the app. Super simple and easy to use. Basic but gets the job done. Love the streams. My entire team knows what everyone is doing and whats the account history is.
