Simple, with all needed features, it just made me more efficient !

Using Salesforce with IQ inbox its really easier to manage mail and Salesforce records

This app makes emailing and selling with Salesforce easy. Its nice to be notified when someones looking at your emails. Snoozing is good. Itd be nice to schedule a task from the mobile app when sending an email that isnt replied to.

Im instantly hooked. The deeper integration with both Salesforce and my gmail/cal is excellent.

Have been using this for a few weeks and compared to native app this syncs quicker and more accurately with my information. Really good app.

Great email app, complete and integrated with Salesforce1 mobile app, Calendar, Contacts, Feed, Task, easy to attach document and files from different folder (Salesforce, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox ecc.) easy way for increasing the user adoption of Salesforce, Awesome

Some bad moments

The application hasnt worked for our Business account for over 5 months now. The app logs out ever time we sign in and support refuses to issue refunds or at least FIX the problem. They wont deliver what you pay for and force you to pay on annual contracts. Complete SCAM.

99% of the time I cant login. When I can it crashes constantly. This has been an unstable app from the first time I downloaded it.

It crashes every time Im in my follow ups list and I swipe left to complete or delete. Too buggy to use

Very little thought went into this, and its rarely updated or improved.

Great app! Makes emails so much easier. Templates are the best part followed by insert free time. Dont know why it took so long for sfdc to do something like this but its worth the wait.

Love the slick UI and insert availability makes it so much easier to schedule meetings on the go!!
