Highly recommended, it replaced my mail app right away.
When communicating we need an activity stream to show activity on accounts and opportunities
The integration with Salesforce makes this App indispensable.
Good app. Need to fix bug where email notifications in red on app appear after all mail has been read
Really count on this App every day! Fantastic sales tool.
This is a great productivity app. Automates many things that are part of a sales persons daily life. Would definitely miss this if I didnt have it.
I love how the required fields, some of which are custom, automatically appear.
Well worth the small investment to take organization and effectiveness to a higher level!
If you want improved sales execution, SalesforceIQ makes it easy to stay on top of your deals with Read receipts, Inserting times to meet, Email templates, and Auto-logging of email. It goes to show that if make it easy, people will do more of it. Great email client for work.
My favorite tools are the calendar views and the quick access to Salesforce1 records. Highly recommend.
IQ makes sales/fundraising tracking easier to track when youre on the go. Easy breezy to use!
I did not anticipate this app working well. Rarely do mobile mail clients work in a way that is secure, reliable, intuitive and efficient. Ive been using Inbox for a month now. Pros: - Mail works really well. The settings and customizations are simple and easy to find. Swiping can either delete or move items to folders. I have Gmail and it brought all of my labels in w/o a hitch. - I can push email to Salesforce CRM and create tasks or of them. I can also access the email recipient/senders contact info which is pulled from the CRM. - I can create tasks in CRM very easily. This is useful when on calls, finishing meetings etc... all from my iPhone (6s+ for those who care what device Im using) - The calendar works really well. I can add, edit, cancel meetings. I can add recipients and remove them. This was unexpected! Room For Improvement: - Calendar meetings with a phone number in them should hyperlink to auto-dial. Presently the link opens Google Maps. - A quick video tutorial for all new users and those wishing for a refresher should be available and easy to find. - Why dont I get email/texts sharing webinars or YouTube videos demonstrating best practices? All-in-all I really am enjoying the app and have completely moved away from my native iPhone apps, gmail and Google Calendar to use Inbox exclusively. Nice work!
This is how Gmail and Google Calendar should operate! Its one continuous and integrated experience and then oh yeah, its fully integrated with IQ or Salesforce CRM plus has tons of bells and whistles (like the time saving insert availability feature, the ability to send a message later and the ability to be alerted when someone opens your message) right in the app! I had used the Gmail plugin on desktop and thought SalesforceIQ was awesome but then I started using this and feel like Im really getting a huge value. Love it, cant live without it!
Full Salesforce integration, integrated calendar, automated task creation and items to follow up on, and more. Everything and email client should be and then some.
This is bundled with a load of productive functionalities and really smooth email client app
Integrates seamlessly with Salesforce. The performance is great while pulling relevant records from Salesforce. When looking up contacts, the app is very intelligent and looks up multiple sources like email, contact address book, Krux etc. Great time saver and also helps log emails and events to Salesforce to keep the entire account team informed.
Ok app. Provides all the functionality of an Outlook plugin. However, cant disable conversation view. Annoying dashes in the signature line. Also, emails are constantly showing "unread" even after being read. Badge count on the icon never gets cleared. Would be nice to add a "focused inbox" feature similar to the Outlook email app on iOS. Lastly, a little pricey.
My corporate email authentication keeps breaking. Ive given up on it and now rely solely on IQ inbox! This thing is a life saver. As a sales person I can not live without it.
First off of you use SF then this should be a must have feature/app enabled on your account. Things that could be improved in mew releases. Allow us to customize the tool bar. Allow me to pick to switch out task with a tab to see my feed. One of the most important features and I have to ding into the menu to see my feed and activity.
