I have been using Salesforce IQ for Inbox for a couple of months now. My productivity has increased dramatically since becoming comfortable with using it. Quick wins. It truly enables me to manage all of my communications in my email and automatically syncs Salesforce and email. I have access to everything in one place where I am working. Makes it much easier to schedule meetings with customers by proving access to your calendar avail and inserting options directly in email for recipient to confirm. Lastly, alerts me when recipients check out my email so I can follow-up appropriately. Supercharges your CRM investment and provides true value to the Rep. Great App!

I love that I can click on the cloud icon and pull up the contact in Salesforce1. It is very useful and saves me a lot of time. Love it!

UI is nice intuitive. Well designed and well working software. I like it lot.

Great app! Makes emails so much easier. Templates are the best part followed by insert free time. Dont know why it took so long for sfdc to do something like this but its worth the wait.

This is an amazing addition to the Sales Cloud product! SalesforceIQ will save me so much time with the insert availability feature, templates, quick attachment capability and more. Most importantly, the app (my new personal assistant) ties my e-mail and Sales Cloud account together in one place!! Download this now!!

The app is already quite useful but when are we going to see some of the Tempo AI smarts integrated? I miss this app

Seamless workflow with Salesforce1, really easy to create Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities in Sales Cloud! Now I can be really productive in my emails and not waste time doing manual data entry. The insert availability for setting up meetings and syncing with your calendar feature (Exchange or Gmail) is killer.

Christmas came early this year folks! If you use Sales Cloud then this App is free. It replaces Apple mail to offer an amazing Salesforce built inbox that logs stuff automatically and brings up relevant account info. I cant say enough good stuff about this app. Try it.
