No Support
The app, while limited, works fairly well. You cannot do reporting through the app. In fact, the reports section of my web version is not accurately displaying metrics either (I have tested in numerous ways). Their tutorial video on Reports is over a year old (from before Salesforce bought them, when they were still RelateIQ). I attended a training session, but my question was not addressed. They refuse to provide any phone support, and theyre unable to resolve my issue via email. Left with no choice but to search for a new CRM.
